프로젝트 옵션에 있는 것이 아니라...
Menu->Tool->Option에서
Envirement Option->Delphi Option->Library - Win32에서 Library Path를 정해주면 되네요..

4시간 삽질했는데.. 이렇게 허무할 수가.. ㅠ.ㅠ;;;;
